Covid-19 – The Changes We’ve Made
Here are some of the changes we have made at FSGB related to Covid-19 and the Stay at Home Order:
- Currently ½ of our office staff is working from home to ensure business continuity
- Staff has suspended payment on accounts if requested
- Staff has reduced interest amounts and interest rates on accounts with client’s approval
- Reduced call volume during the crisis
- Management is reviewing and restricting collection activity in states where applicable.
- Staff has suspended Credit Bureau listings if requested due to hardship.
- Staff has stopped all initial litigation filings since March 12th, the day of the Stay at Home order was implemented
At Finance System of Green Bay Inc. we want to go above and beyond what is required of us, but as one of our staff said it so simply, “It’s just doing the right thing.”
