Consumers on the Move

Consumers are moving at higher rates during unexpected months according to a new study and analysis from TransUnion. While the study shows August as the peak moving month due to the new school year, the analysis shows that the more unexpected months of September through December are also popular months to move.

This information is important to note, because it shows that location and asset information need to be updated at every chance possible. The more information that is updated and confirmed on your clients, the better chance of collection on those accounts that become delinquent. Here, at Finance System of Green Bay, Inc., it is no different. On every verbal communication, with a referral, location and asset information is always updated by our staff. In addition to updates from our daily mailing efforts, Finance System of Green Bay, Inc. also uses 15-20 skip trace vendors that send us any updated location and asset information on referrals sent to our office. With this updated information, we are able to reach your referrals sooner and, in turn, help to get you paid quicker.

Continuous Improvement in 2015

At Finance System of Green Bay, Inc., we are always looking for ways to improve on our collection process. For over 24 years, we have worked with our collection software vendor, Roydan, in innovating their software to meet the needs of our clients.Recently, we were hand selected by Roydan to be a BETA testing sight for their newest collection module. Without releasing too much information before the release of these new features, we wanted to say that testing has been going very well. We are excited to use the new features on a regular basis coming up in 2015.
Stay tuned for more updates on testing, release of the feature and how it helps us with collecting your accounts!

Pride in Giving

In the spirit of this past Holiday season, the staff at Finance System of Green Bay, Inc. sponsored a family for Christmas through the Salvation Army.

Our staff enjoyed shopping for the gifts and took great pride in ensuring a local family’s Christmas was a little brighter.
