30 Years of Senior Business Co-op

Finance System of Green Bay, Inc. has always been invested in the community around us, whether it be the clients we work with or the people whose lives we touch every day. However, one very important part of the community is obviously the school district, and we have been very lucky to be able to work so closely with one of the best schools in the Green Bay area.

Our relationship with East High School’s Senior Business Internship/Co-op program goes way back, close to 30 years. Now, several EHS Alumni have, of course, come and gone from our company, though some have stayed with us as well. Our most recent intern, for example, who just graduated with the class of 2024 from EHS, started out last September and has now joined our team full time. Likewise, another of our former co-op students has been with us since 1996!

One of our closest relationships within the EHS Co-op program is the connection we share with Mr. Scott Christy, the coordinator of the program at EHS. Just this year, in 2024, Scott Christy announced his retirement from teaching, after over 30 years of educating students and impacting the lives of thousands of students around the district. We want to thank him for all that he’s done for us, for the students, and all around the community and to wish him well on his retirement!
